Horrible went for a lunch I realize this now establishment isn’t for lunch. But they made me a couple fish tacos, any one who knows fish tacos contain fish. These corn tortilla tacos had no real fish at all. Which I was surprised because their menu is all sea food. The fish that was in it was smaller than Walmart style fish stick. I at least could have enjoy that much fish. I payed 13 dollars for two tacos with 2.5 pieces of fish fries in each taco. The amount of cabbage a little cheese and no seasoning. But if I wanted a salad that’s what I got. But horrible experience. Waitress was very nice but I’m not sure the other dishes would be worth the premium ces that on that menu. Tangent done !!!!!
If you like seafood and you like Mexican, this is the place for you!!! The chips are fried fresh. The ceviche is great. Ithe two salsas , rojo less spicy but the verde is spicy, bot tasty. Drinks are very reasonable for the price. The food is absolutely delicious! I haven't had a a bad plate in here yet. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The only draw back is that it can get loud in there quickly, but it is a smaller place and has low profile. My most recent meal was the molacate, their most expensive dish. Omg, I'm never going back to just butter for crab legs. The broth the seafood was sitting in was so good. I asked for a to go cup to take home so I could use for a base for another soup. It was rich, and warm and a wonderful blend of spices that just made the seafood melt in your mouth. The broth gave me the tones equivalent of eating a really good gumbo, but that doesn't do it justice. The seafood cover fish was also a great dish to have. I honestly don't think you can have a bad dish here. Come hungry and leave satisfied and full!
Stopped by here for dinner and had a great time. We were seated right away and ordered drinks. The food came out super fast and hot from the kitchen. The service was friendly and they spoke both English and Spanish. The atmosphere is welcoming and festive. It's a unique experience you can't find anywhere else in the city!
